Dustin Wofford
August 11, 2013 - June 17, 2017
Dustin Wofford age 3, of Eatonton passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017.
Funeral services were Friday, June 23, 2017 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel with burial following in Eatonton Memorial Park.
Dustin was born August 11, 2013 to Brittany Bedgood Wofford and Clinton Thomas Wofford. He came into this world and touched every soul he encountered; no one was left unmoved by our remarkable lil’ boy. His trials of life due to his diagnosis, inspired so many people to open their eyes to what they were taking for granted. He renewed faith in so many and brought families closer. He was not defined by his illness. Brittany’s baby boy gave life ‘hell’ and nothing he was forced to face ever slowed him down. He lived life without a second thought, monster in one hand, and the other with a finger in his mouth. No fear.
Dustin was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Larry Jones, great-grandmother, Florene ‘Mimi” Bedgood, grandfathers, Ray Hawk, Tommy Bedgood Jr., an uncle, Dustin Lee Mashburn and a cousin, Damon Cash Bedgood.
Survivors include his mother and father, Brittany & Clinton Wofford; father figure, Rodney Sanders; a brother, Tommy Cutler; a sister, Remi Sanders; great-grandparents, James Taylor of Eatonton, Lois Morgan (James) of Greensboro, Elizabeth Jones; grandparents, Teresa Bedgood of Eatonton, Lisa Hawk of Buckhead and J.T. Wofford; three aunts, Krystal Epps (CeCe), Tina Register (Scott), Summer Waldroup and two uncles Trey Bedgood and Daniel Ward.
