Dorothy E. “Dell” Williams, 89, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018.
Services were Monday, Nov. 19, at the chapel of Moore’s Funeral Home with Rev. Maxie Threatt officiating. Burial followed at Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams was born and grew up in Augusta and lived in Milledgeville most of her adult life. She lived in Clayton many years before returning to Milledgeville. She was a member of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Nathan Ernest Blackston and Lorene Kitchens and her stepfather Ollie A. Key, Sr., her husband Rev. Norman E. Williams, grandchild Ezra Reese and her siblings Allen and Mary.
Survivors include three sons, Bruce Williams, Tim Williams (Joan) and Eddie Williams (Judy) all of Milledgeville; a daughter, Beverly Kitchin of Burlington, Wis.; a brother, Bobby Key of Keysville; a sister, Dianne Randolph of Augusta; Eight grandchildren; Scott, Derek, Jenny, Matthew, Brandon, Mark, Rebecca and Rachel; 18 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
