Coldwell Banker recognizes anniversaries

The month of August holds anniversaries for six agents at Georgia Lake Country area’s top-selling real estate agency, Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country, including two who are celebrating more than a dozen years with Coldwell Banker.

At the Village Park office in Greensboro, residential REALTOR® Maude Hicks marked two years on Aug. 22, and fellow residential REALTOR® Martha Wilson finished her first year on Aug. 25.

In the downtown Madison office, residential REALTOR® Chandi Ledford celebrated 13 years on August 23, and residential REALTOR® Andy McHugh rounded out 7 years on August 9.

Also this month, residential REALTOR® Pete Foreman at the Harmony Crossing office in Eatonton marked 5 years on Aug. 15. And at the Linger Longer office in Greensboro, REALTOR® Andrew Miller celebrated 19 years – just under two decades with Coldwell Banker – on Aug. 30.

Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country president and COO, Tom Martin, thanked each of the six agents for their work with the agency and congratulated them on their anniversaries.

“Our talented and dedicated agents are a valued part of Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country,” said Martin, who noted that 33 of the agency’s more than 75 agents have been with the agency for five or more years.
