PUTNAM PETE

Plan to have a red, white and blue weekend. Lots of events to choose from. Might have to cruise the celebration circuit - a hot dog here, a barbecue there, a patriotic song mixed in. All topped off with fireworks. Glad to see the displays still taking place as many communities across the country have canned their events because of lack of money. Still, there are some things money can't buy - patriotism, independence and a free nation.

Happy Fourth of July.

Sincerely, Pete
